  A good amount of people, but it never feels like too many at peak hours. The price is great.

  Good music. Clean, everyone uses different machines so it’s never overpacked in one area. Great price, great hours, awesome staff who appear to have an awesome relationship with many clients (I’m new there.) plus, super convenient to my home.

  They open 24hrs during weekdays!! Their equipments are decent and well maintained. They have cardio equipments, free weight and weight training equipments and classrooms for yoga and stuff. I cant say that the price is cheap, but it is fair. $50/month if you pay monthly, it gets cheaper if you pay for a year. They are always fully loaded with drinks & healthy foods and they also have customized protein drinks-which tastes awesome! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a decent quality local gym. Underground parking space is a plus!!+++

  Two weeks before I was set to be in New York on business, I sought out a gym in Flushing, NY. I landed upon Bodhi Fitness, and private messaged them through Facebook. I was given above and beyond service by Anna. I told her I noticed they showed they make smoothies there (based on the photos of the gym posted online) and wondered, did they have anything like the coffee/protein smoothie I make at home in Orlando? Anna said they didn't, but just tell her the ingredients, and they could make it for me! This laid the groundwork for an incredible experience with this gym to follow. On the first day I arrived, Alex saw me taking a photo of the outside of the gym and he must have known who I was, because he seemed prepared for my visit, and greeted me by opening the door for me and welcoming me in. After my workout, he made my smoothie and it tasted JUST like the one I make back home in my kitchen!. He also made the smoothie with style ... he danced to the upbeat and motivating music they were playing that morning. While I only worked out at Bodhi one day (I injured my arm within the first few days falling on subway stairs), I continued to stop by Bodhi every morning for smoothies. Everyone I met there provided me with great customer service, but the combination of Anna and Alex made a winning team. Anna was prompt and overly accommodating with her meeting my unusual need for my usual to me post-workout breakfast. Alex's upbeat mood and warm, professional, yet down-to-earth greeting on the mornings he was there, set each day in NY on a positive note for me. We even discussed fitness and nutrition as I waited for my ride into the city for work. I actually felt more comfortable here at this small, intimate, friendly gym - than my larger, yet corporate-toned cold gym back at home. Those of you who live in Flushing have a real gem in your midst. If you haven't tried working out here, you will be won over as soon as you stop in the door. Stay for the post-workout smoothie. It's the icing on the cake.

  Free underground parking, 24 hours opening for weekdays, nice staffs, clean locker room with shower box, and only 1 dollar per day… Those are enough for me to join. If they could change those yoga mats, I promise I will give 5 stars!
