  I LOVE this yoga studio! The classes are wonderful, and they have 60, 75, and 90-minute options to choose from. All the instructors I've taken have provided an amazing experience! The staff couldn't be more helpful or kind. Definitely recommend!

  First few weeks back after a long break. Kudos to all the staff from reception warm greetings, Laundry service is phenomenal. Most of all my instructors have been kind to a not so perfect yogi. Keep up the great work!

  Recently relocated to NYC and while I was sure I'd be able to find a hot yoga studio in the city, I was concerned that it would have a different vibe than the Midwest studios I was used to. Bode is amazing. The instructors, particularly Georgia and John, are amazing. The facilities are clean and the towel service makes getting in and out of a class without having to carry a gym bag through the city so convenient. The new resident special is hard to beat. If you haven't done hot yoga, this is a great place to start. If you're a pro, you'll find a great group that will help take your practice to the next level.

  Bode NYC is a wonderful studio. The staff is super helpful and towels are included in the price of the class, which is awesome because you don't have to carry a wet towel around the city after class. The studio is clean and Monday night classes with Georgia are a must in my busy schedule! She takes the time to explain why each pose is good for your health and will help students correct their poses during class. Great overall!

  I am a complete beginner (have been to about 8 classes in the last 5 years) and would recommend Bode to other beginners! The instructors (especially Georgia) are terrific-- very encouraging throughout the class! The studio and locker rooms are also very clean, and signing up for classes online, etc. is easy (they always have room in any class that you want to attend).
