  I had to stretch for the second star. Front desk staff was not very friendly at check in. Our first night was brutal. Our room is VERY small with poor airflow, the bathroom is old, tiny and dingy with bare minimum amenities. The iron and ironing board are next to the toilet!?! The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty. The building is so loud and the blackout curtains don't cover the windows, so by 7am that you can't sleep. There is nice shipping and restaurants close by, but I wish we could change hotels for your rest of our stay, it's that BAD! I do not recommend this hotel, especially at Marriott prices for anyone.

  This is an older hotel. They've done the best they can do with it. It's clean and service is pretty good.

  Not a bad place to stay in Boca the staff was very nice. The breakfast is really big and there’s a ton of options and it’s right next to this strip mall that has a ton of different food options and shopping so it’s centrally located and the rooms are definitely pretty good. The bed is good nothing spectacular, but also worth the price.

  Unfortunately, an issue with room service and the property's response to the situation is preventing a 5-star review. The meal was ordered with no condiments and came covered in mayo. The kitchen closed so a replacement could not be made. My daughter was assured that the charge would be taken off. Well, it wasn't and after going back and forth with the hotel several times they don't even see the charge. Now my credit card company won't let me dispute because the meal was not returned. So, in the end a great weekend was ruined.

  As a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, I feel that this property exemplifies what every full-service Marriott should offer across the board. Staff is really great, M Lounge is great, rooms are super nice and hotel decor is spot on. I do feel that more Marriotts should offer free room upgrades to Elite members when it is truly available though. Otherwise, would love to stay again!
