  We had made a reservation through Open Table. We confirmed the reservation over the phone. On our way to our early Mother’s Day we called to let them know we’d be running 10-15 minutes late. They advised me that they didn’t have a reservation and couldn’t find one for us. Luckily we called the Plano location and they took us right in. When I had explained what happened in the follow up email instead of taking responsibility, the Dallas steakhouse tells me that “no shows” are costly to their business and I’m advised to cancel ahead of time next time, really? This was previously my wife and I most favorite steakhouse, but I can’t say I felt at all appreciated as a customer.

  Very memorable place for a memorable steak! Of course steak is not all they serve but they serve it very well indeed. Wine, ambiance and fantastic service. Nice WOW factor.

  Absolutely wonderful food. Friendly and helpful service. I am handicapped and have some eating issues. The staff was very accommodating, and their food recommendations we're perfect! We visit 1-2 times a year, and hope to return many more times.

  With a party of six people on a Tuesday night, we waited one hour and thirty two minutes to have our food to be brought out. The appetizers were not brought out at all. The food was pretty good tbh, but no apps and a long wait brought the star rating from a 5 to 3. My colleagues were upset. So, I gathered my thoughts and theirs to come to this conclusion.   This place has a very clean atmosphere, with excellent service, and great steaks. The reason I only gave it four stars is that the food was not quite up to the price. The steaks were excellent, but I have had equivalent or better food in the range of 30-40 per steak. The service really was phenomenal, it was obvious that the staff is trained with proper etiquette -and they care too! Overall I would recommend it for a very (emphasis) nice occasion.
