  We had Bob's install a lift gate on the back of our F150. What awesome customer service and workmanship they gave us! Our first phone calls to a competitor for a quote were met with stalls for "more info", lost messages, unreturned calls and a general lack of care. Bob's had our quote ready the same day and parts ordered. The quote was a few dollars less as well! At the end, it took a day longer, but actually the final cost was less than the original quote. Friendly guys thrown into the mix and we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

  Excellent workmanship. Company stands behind its product. Had this hitched installed on a Freightliner Tractor. Some mounting issues were brought to light and resolved thanks to the Professionalism of the Staff and workers of Bob's Services Inc.
