  Just called to see if they would program my key fobs, was told they only program the ones they sale. Very disappointing, I use to love this place when I worked them years ago with all the Indy Lube stores. Oh well, will never call on them again.

  I had a courier service break off a key in one of my puck locks on my work van. I was very bummed and nervous the service would not be able to be completed because the key was in the lock deep! However, even though I arrived with only fifteen minutes until closing the employee at Bob’s Lock (didn’t catch her name) was able to work diligently in 30° weather and remove the key from the lock!! I was very impressed! I would have given up, but she stuck with it and the rate was more than reasonable!! Only $5!! I will definitely call Bob’s Lock going forward when I need Lock service of any kind!!

  One of the best experiences I have had with local business in a long time. James N. came out and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about not only locksmith concepts and technicalities, but also about home security in general. He is the reason I will continue to use Bob's in the future and will be recommending Bob's to family and friends. Thanks, James, for being friendly and knowledgeable. It does make a difference.
