    Susan was very nice and informative. She wasn't crowding my mother and I at all. She gave us plenty of time to test try beds and discuss among ourselves before our final decision. 5 stars to great service. I can't wait to receive my new bed!!!

    I have to say, when I walked into the furniture store, I was not planning on walking out with a purchase same day. It’s a fairly big decision and I didn’t want to make one right away. Then I met Susan Math. She was very sweet, very knowledgeable and accommodating. She was attentive without being overbearing. She knew exactly what I wanted. She made me comfortable About making a big purchase on the same day and I felt assured that I was getting a good value. I would recommend this store. It has a large inventory on display. I would also recommend you look for Susan you can’t go wrong with her!

    My wife and I went to Bob's after a few friends had recommended Bob"s. First, when you hear Discount, you think you are going to find a store looking like a real mess. This store was very orderly and clean. The selection is out of sight. We had a very nice sales lady. No high pressure sales. Stayed with my wife and I as we looked around. Very happy to find a sofa and love seat that was better than we hoped for. Price very nice too. Checkout was great. The store mgr. spoke to us also. Can't say enough about both people. At no time were we high pressured. I cannot praise this store and personal more. You want furniture, you have to go to Bob's Discount Furniture. You will bot be sorry and you wallet is going to like it also.

    After having a bad experience with their competitor, I walked into Bob's furniture and was happily greeted by the salesmen Alex with a smile, he was very helpful and showing my husband and I where the bedroom sets and mattress were located. After giving us useful information about difference between mattresses. My husband and I found him very knowledgeable and went with his better judgment on the mattress. We are happy we did!! most comfortable mattress we've purchased in a long time. No problems with delivery, everything came on time. Had a great experience and would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

    Just a horrible experience overall. I bought a dresser with delivery included for just under $400.00. I thought I got a decent deal but this is where the issues started. The sales guy did a great job, knew the product well and gave me what seemed like solid instructions. He informed me the delivery would be from 8 am to 12 noon. I was cool with those times and planned accordingly. The next day I get a voicemail that the message says the time is from 7:30 am to 11:30 am, changing the times on me. From there, I also realize my apartment number is not on the address. I called and updated the address, but then when I called the next day to ask a question about delivery, they didn't have the updated address. This happened not once, but twice, having to call and confirm they got the correct apartment number and requested they please call my cell when they're outside and not knock as it would be early. Day of delivery comes, they show up at 5 minutes past 7:00 am. They knock on the door loudly waking up my roommates, and probably the people next door. The driver explained that the first person up in the day cancelled so they came early. It's just like... what's the point of a schedule if you can't stick to it. I understand it makes the company's logistics more efficient but for me it created havoc. The area was not cleared in time (as I needed 10 minutes to clear out some stuff blocking in the hallway), I frantically get ready to have people move stuff in my house, my roommates we're annoyed as hell. The worst part is... they ask you to sign something on an app that just has a big X and line to sign your name. Putting you on the spot that you don't even know what you're signing. I asked to see the terms of what I was signing and he couldn't provide it and said it was just an app. Get it together Bob.
