  Went to Bob’s looking for a specific couch we had seen online. When we entered we were greeted by Brian who was very pleasant and helpful. After finding the couch we came for we decided to do the finance plan interest free for 6 months. The process was very quick and easy. While we did this we also found a nice chair and ottoman set for a great price that we also ended up buying. Overall a great experience thanks to Brian and everyone at Bob’s, we will definitely be back if we need something else!

  Jose was great! No pressure just answers to our questions and a ton of patience. Very stress free buying experience. I would recommend him and Bob’s to anybody looking for a good product at a fair price

  Love shopping here! Been here multiple times, went back today for a coffee table. Rob B. assisted us and he was SO nice! We told him exactly what we were looking for, he very quickly and professionally showed us our options and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was very personable and friendly. We were in and out and had ordered exactly what we wanted within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend! 😊

  Rob was patient with our sale. We took three hours of his time and he was by our side the entire time. We shopped for 3 bedroom sets and 3 mattresses. We also shopped for lots of accessories like rugs, wall hangings, candle holders, bar stools, coffee tables, entry tables ..... We walked and walked. Rob’s attitude was great. We changed our minds a few times and he stayed focused and accommodating. He did not pressure us into a bad decision. He has the right demeanor for this job. It was a fun shopping experience

  I had a great experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, but he wasn't pushy and insistent trying to make the sale. Furniture is affordable without looking cheap. Store layout is simple and easy to navigate, isn't congested and overwhelming. I also loved the fish pond at the entrance of the store; a big hit with the kids. Bob's cafe was also thoroughly enjoyed by the kids; what kid doesn't like, cookies, ice cream and candy, and what I'm sure the parent's like, is that all the goodies are free.
