  If there was a negative star review this place would get a NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING.. It's actually wrong that I have to give one star it's Not worthy of a star.. Believe me.. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE . They don't appreciate your business.. The employees and manager are a bunch of jerkoffs . They take the store's steady business for granted . But they LOST A STEADY CUSTOMER for sure with me and I will ensure my family members who go to this place stop going as well.. Today I went there as I do every morning and ordered a bagel with butter and other sandwiches for my family.. when I went to pull the bagel out of the bag the butter spilled from the bag as well as the wrapping the bagel was in onto my clothes . Because they loaded it with five pounds of butter on a very hot toasted bagel.. When I went back to let them know what happened . the cashier laughed about it and when I asked for the manager who apparently prepared the bagel she was arrogant and very unresponsive when I explained what happened No apology no nothing . She walked away as if to say go F###k yourself . Who knows She's probably the owner as well... I will tell everyone I know not to go this place . They should be grateful they have steady customers but really don't deserve them.. It's a shame because it's a nice place from the outside and inside until you deal with the garbage they have working there.. They're Shameful and reflect poor representation of the business and of ownership.. FIVE THUMBS DOWN !! I sometimes go to Ridge Road Bagels up the street which is much more inviting for customers . The employees at Ridge Road Bagels are very friendly and they seem to really appreciate their customers. They seem to treat everyone as if they are the most important customer . Don't waste your time or money at Bob"s Deli in Lyndhurst . They really aren't worth it unless you don't care about the way you're treated.. The place needs a serious change of management and they really need to hire people who care about the image of the business.. Not people who are there simply for a paycheck

  Please check with the staff make sure food items are being handled correctly. I’m having a very unpleasant time after I ate at your place this morning.

  First visit here . Very comfortable welcoming atmosphere. Food was ready fast and tasted excellent. I recommend it for an everyday breakfast eatery. Had the Taylor Ham and cheese the usual New Jersey sandwich. No complaints!

  I love this bagel spot. The main reason I come to Bobs all the way from Clifton is because of Kim. One of the best and sweetest workers I know. She is extremely friendly & is always working so hard. Amazing bagels! Kim is amazing.

  Raw bacon on the last visit, manager seemed to think this was funny. Refunded my sandwich order and did not even apologize or seem interested because it was a busy Sunday morning. Went twice on a Wednesday and they messed up my order twice. Nothing to crazy just forgot the cheese on my omelette which I paid extra for. Will never go here again, Sam’s Bagel also on Ridge Rd is closer and great service with good food. Not perfect like Wonder Bagel but there customer service is!!!
