  I visited on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm. There were about 4 other customers in the restaurant before me and one after. I am not sure why the gentleman behind me got his two specialized drinks before I got my one. The beverage was a green tea peach bobo with mango jellies. The flavor and texture was great! They require $8 minimum for credit card purchases or pay a 50cent fee. So, pay with cash if you can. Parking is limited in the strip mall, but you can park close in Walmart's parking lot and walk over.

  The tea there is amazing, and the food they have is great. Regular prices, nice atmosphere. Surrounded by other business's, and located in Little Saigon. Currently one of my favorite late night places to get some comfort food.

  I would give it 0 stars if I could. We wanted a sample of one of the boba flavors. They said no samples. My daughter wanted to add a different syrup flavor to her drink. Answer no. I have not tried boba except for a few times so I wanted to make sure I got something I liked. I could not try a sample drink so I got a very berry fruit drink. It was 25 % sweet. Horrible. I asked if they could put a little milk tea in it. No...They forgot the boba also... we will not be back. Left drink on counter. Never offered to refund so I could try another drink. Did offer me boba.

  Beignets were excellent. Tea was too sweet for me even with 20% sugar. Friendly service. Will return.
