  I would have gave NO stars at all. Everything went great until my tv came back with a different problem. When I called them, Bobby was too busy making excuses n being defensive about his company. He can't admit that he made a mistake and damaged the buttons on the side of my T.V. I would never use this place again nor will I ever refer anyone to go there not even my worst enemy. Now I have to replace my whole TV after paying him $160 to fix one thing then damage another. If u use him press every button and show him everything that WORKS cause when u get it back other things might be wrong n he will say u gave it to him that way. Done with this place!!!!

  A BUNCH OF SMART ASSES. THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOU FOR YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY WANT A DEPOSIT AND THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU A PRICE TO REPAIR AND THEY HOPE YOU SAY NO SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.
