  Great place with a small store front. However it seems the locals all know about the place and they're kept pretty busy!! The couple that runs it are nice folks. The drinks are pretty good. They can be sugary, but they taste great and you can't really blame anybody but yourself! It is a bubble tea place after all. It's curious how such a fob Chinese thing is now also Korean right!?

  Three stars. Hanco's in brooklyn still is the best bubbles I've had, but this place is pretty consistently good. Sometimes their bubbles are tad bit undercooked. I like that their teas are not too sweet. All of their bubble teas are blended with ice. I always ask for extra bubbles since this is the most stingy bubble tea joints. The inside is a little bit outdated with all the chairs falling apart, but it's cozy enough to spend time reading a book or surfing on your phone while you enjoy the bubble tea. Free WiFi. Ask for the password. Street parking only. This place is on broad ave, which is pretty strictly regulated by the smart meters so make sure to put quarters in!

  I’ve tried plenty of bubble tea places and I have to say there is none like BOBA LAND! My favorite flavor from them is the coffee but all flavors are great

  BobaLand used to be my favorite BBT spot...but sadly, it hasnt been the same :( it has lost its touch of flavor. [Especially if I go late at night]

  Small but delightful store they speak some Asian languages and English. Not to good during busy hours but its almost never packed. What I like is the very huge different options of not just boba teas but milkshakes and coffee I can't stop coming back here. 10/10 would recommend
