::I was soooo excited to sip a deliciously appealing boba; however I was extremely disappointed with the Thai iced tea. It tasted watered down and lacking rich flavor. I wish I would have tried a different flavor that’s for sure. I do not recommend this flavor-You are better off ordering Thai iced tea at an actual Thai restaurant with real coconut milk.

::This place takes bubble tea to a whole new level by pairing really good tea with really clean milk options. There's nothing premade or powdered here! And there are some small snacks that are tasty and unusual.

::This is a new favorite place for me and my partner. I tried a Hong Kong style the first time with full sweetness, and it punched me in the mouth with intense flavor! I have since discovered their strawberry rice milk with aloe jellies and I'm officially hooked. Pro tip: they also have a small secret menu of onigiri. They're huge and delicious.

::The jasmine boba milk tea here is my favorite milk tea drink. Just the right amount of sweetness and fragrance. They use Strauss milk so you get a nice, solid dairy component instead of some kind of runny skim water at other places. The boba is cooked to the right soft, chewy consistency most of the time. (I've had a couple batches that were undercooked.) Staff is nice and there are many different options and concoctions. Great spot to take visitors (while treating yourself).
