  I came here on a whim because my lease was about to be up on my car. I did not expect to do anything but shop around that day. I was matched with Carlo who was very informative and detail oriented. A few hours later, I was left with signing a deal. Carlo is a team player. He listens and he works with your budget. He wants you to leave as happy as possible and if he can offer you an alternative car to match your budget more accordingly he does so. I also had the pleasure of meeting Farhan who was very helpful as well. I recommended Carlo and BMW of Freeport to my brother who later purchased from them as well. Again, Carlo was his salesman and he couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend going to BMW of Freeport and asking for Carlo! You will not be disappointed!!

  Keith Lindsay-I can't say enough about how helpful and courteous Keith was. He was professional and wonderful to deal with. At no time did I feel any pressure and he made sure to fulfill my desire to lease my 5th BMW while remaining within my price point and comfort level.   Kieth Lindsay is hands down the best representative I have worked with at BMW Freeport. He made my car leasing experience seamless. I came in with expectations, and Kieth exceeded them. He was very attentive to my needs and ensured that I left a happy customer. His knowledge and patience made the experience worth it. After I received my car, Kieth followed up a few days later to make sure that I was comfortable in my new car and that I had navigated the new vehicle. I highly recommend Kieth as a sales rep!

  BMW of Freeport truly understands the definition customer service and appreciation. The staff and service at this dealership truly is second to none. Everyone from the receptionist to the salespeople immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed as I I initially entered the dealership. My salesman Stephen Mensah went completely above and beyond to ensure that I got not only the exact car I wanted, but was able to do so within my budget. He was extremely patient, answering every question I had for him regarding trim level, options, and features of the car I wanted. He was able to get me every single feature and trim I wanted in the car at the price I wanted. After experiencing this level of service, I can never see myself going to another dealership again.

  High praise indeed for Alvin Peters of BMW Freeport. His professionalism, candor and attention to detail is the reason why I am a loyal BMW buyer. He makes an otherwise tedious car buying process, easy going and pleasant. He's always given me expect advice, great customer service and this carries over way past the signing on the dotted line. His post purchase customer service is something to be admired and is well appreciated.
