  We were on a trip from Phoenix Arizona to Austin Texas. In preparation we purchased 4 new tires the previous week. One tile was loosing pressure to the point that caused us to stop every 50 miles. We stopped at BMW of El Paso after stopping at a different location with no improvement. Brandon and team spent time with us and solved our problem. No charge and even a follow up call to make sure we were safe on the road. WOW. GREAT SERVICE!!!!! Thanks so much

  I am very happy and satisfied with the service I got today at BMW/Mini of El Paso. Beginning with the Heidi's welcome and openness to listen to my needs. Then the technician who drove with me to confirm the failure (noise), he is amiable and very competent. Finally, the technician who served the car C. walker, did a great and fast service and eliminated the annoying noise. I got my car back with Heidi's technical recommendation for services to consider.   I recommend Alex, service advisor. she was attentive and informed me of my car's status throughout the process. She went above and beyond to work with me. Overall, excellent experience!
