  GREAT CAR. Great Price. However, they said they would fix the tray that wouldn't close, they said they would I had 6 months of prepaid Sirius but found out by Sirius it was only 3 months, and since I was buying my second BMW from their Loan Service, and was told it would be 6%, I was surprised at the signing that it was over 10%, especially since I never once was late on a payment in 5 years. Believe the cars, not the salespeople...

  On the way down from Maine to help take care of my mother, a light came on in my dash. I wanted to take care of it, but didn't have an appointment. I was told to come in the next day after the morning rush. When I did, they knew who I was and had set up an appointment. I really appreciate their support and how they took good care of me.

  The people at BMW Mt. Kisco were great! Easy to deal with and very responsive to my questions or requests. I dealt with Jason and Joe. Both outstanding! I loved the “no-haggle” policy. The price was very fair and I absolutely love the car. I drove 135 miles to buy it and it was worth it. Highly recommend. Thank you very much.

  Never buy BMW certified car at BMW Mt Kisco dealership !!!c Today I had very bad experience trying to buy a car which I was told was reserved for me by sales representative Michael Tierney .He sent me 5 emails assuring that car was off advertising and I can come and make a deal.After driving almost 2hrs ,filling all papers,taking driving test suddenly they found out that that car was sold-someone left deposit and there nothing they can do and started offering me other car that was not even near the car that planned to buy.Never expected such a cheap trick from BMW dealership. They put such a bad show .That show was put on by financial manager .It was first day of myself and my wife vacation. We went there with a very solid intention to buy that car and good mood. I will definitely contact BMW USA .I owned few BMW cars and never had such a poor experience .

  We purchased a 2015 BMW from Mt Kisco. The sales associate Jason was very friendly and down to earth. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. I was pleasantly surprised as there was no pressure to purchase or sales gimmicks. As this was a Certified BMW purchase and Mt. Kisco is part of the AutoNation Sales group, the price of the vehicle was fixed, so I think this really helped to eliminate the negotiation anxiety that can often accompany a car purchase. I have to say, however, that the price of the vehicle was very competitive to other vehicles that we researched, before purchasing at Mt. Kisco. The overall sales experience was very positive. They had the car ready for delivery as promised, they took care of our registration in CT without issue. Jason communicated well from the time we decided to purchase until and after the transaction was closed and all the dealership staff we came in to contact with was genuine, friendly and very helpful It has been about a month since our purchase, and we continue to enjoy the vehicle. Overall it was a very positive experience.
