::Awful customer service! Everytime I come here the workers have an attitude! Not only that, but it says that the BMV closes at 6:30 on Tuesdays! I got there at 6:15 and they were already closed! Also, when I was standing at the door wondering what was going on, the workers were just looking at me and not even helping me out or at least saying that they are closed! I had to knock on the door for someone to finally say they are "closed". Also, why are they closing 15 minutes early? If that's the case, they should change the sign to 8:30-6:15. This is outrageous. They seriously need better workers and better customer service because the service is so awful that it's pitiful. Even the other times I go there the workers just have something smart to say or just some rude comment or look. If you don't like your job, get a new job because there is no justification in the BMW workers being rude to customers! We need to change this ASAP!

::every time i come to this branch, it's always something different being told to me. came to get a new ID , and needed my address to be changed. the first lady that called me up told me I would need two pieces of mail, and that's it. she didn't say anything else but just two pieces of mail with my current address on the mail. left and came back in with two pieces of mail as told , one which was hand written with my current address on it and the other one that was printed. the second lady that called me up confirmed that both pieces of mail matched and was correct. then she proceeds to say that i would have to take a new picture because of the address change, -_- .... mind you im thinking im just gonna be running in and out so im looking a HOT ASS MESS and absolutely did not want my ID looking like how I was looking period. so I was like ok cool I'll just come back. it was still pretty early, only 2pm so I had time before they closed to get myself together. left and came back AGAIN, and I beat the time literally by 10 minutes before closing, and the third lady that called me up , looked at the SAME two pieces of mail that I been had the first time I came up here and she proceeds to tell me that , they can't take handwritten mail ..... NOW IM MAD. because if they would've just told me from the jump when I first arrived that they would need two pieces of mail , NO HANDWRITTEN, I would've never wasted my time going back and fourth. this branch sucks , and can never get the instructions right the first time.

::While I dreaded visiting, everything went great! Rep Jasmine and Manager Shannon made my visit a success. I had a complicated amount of changes with a recent move and they handled everything with professionalism, courtesy, and great care. Everything worked smoothly and my fears were proved wrong. ***Pro Tip: if you have multiple people with issues, get a ticket for each one, as the rep can only assist one person per ticket. ***
