  Avoid this place at all costs. They lied to my wife when she changed her name, locked us out of our accounts for no reason, and no in the office knows how to answer a phone. Highly unprofessional and a stain on the BMO brand.

  This location is a decent bank to stop at. The staff always come across as friendly. It seems to attract more demand than it appears to have the staff to keep up with at times, but I notice longer wait times at more banks over this past year. It is a little frustrating that the hours on their own website don't match the hours that were posted on their door, for example, this pic was taken more than a month ago and I just checked again and hours are different, so hopefully they update so others don't make the drive to learn they closed "earlier" than used to.

  This bank doesn't deserve a single star I did stop just to ask some questions and make some checks. The woman who attended me didn't answer my questions or want to order my checks. She sent me to go to a webside to buy the checks and for the questions she told me to call on the phone I was the only one,on the bank and all the employees there weren't doing anything I just move from chase to Harris but I did a big mistake I think to go back

  CHECK THE BMO HARRIS WEBSITE FOR CORRECT HOURS. It’s very difficult to get google to update their reporting of the correct hours. Phone is almost never answered, better off calling Philippines. Service quality continues to drop drastically.
