  Me arrepiento de comprar en esta muebleria, ese árabe no es profesional, al princio cuando quiere vender es muy amable pero luego todo cambia, es un hombre que no tiene palabra, no tiene ética profesional, le compre un juego de habitacion y un colchón, el colchón no me lo mando como yo queria luego lo estuve llamando muchas veces y para cambiarmelo fue una lucha, Luego otra vez me mandó otro que no era el que habíamos acordado y al yo llamarle para reclamarle me blokio el número me arrepiento tanto de haber entrado a esa muebleria por favor No caigan ni crean en este señor tan irresponsable hoy lo llame y me hablo de una manera muy fea y respetuosa me arrepiento haberle comprado a este animal.

  WARNING!!! DO NOT PAY IN FULL. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROMISE DELIVERY AND TAKE WEEKS TO DELIVERY. HE SEEMS TO BE A NICE GUY BUT ONCE HE GETS YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE STREET ON HIM TO GET YOUR FURNITURE. NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS AT ALL. IF YOU NEVER LISTEN TO ANY REVIEWS LISTEN TO THIS ONE . I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH B&M AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE LESS THAN 1 STAR.......Abraham IS NOT A HONEST PERSON HE WILL LOOK YOU IN YOUR FACE AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AND LIE TO YOU.   I purchased furniture on August 26, 2017 I was told that the furniture would be delivered on Wednesday August 30 by 6pm. I did not receive a phone call confirming delivery en route by 5:45pm. So I called the store and the representative told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed and I called back. The same guy stated he didn't call me back because he could not get in contact with the delivery driver. I asked, around what time I could expect them to deliver the furniture. He attempted to reassure me by, sharing the delivery load and number of items which left the store at 4pm. Also stating that he knew that a table and 4 chairs were on the truck. By this time it was 6:15pm. I continued to wait , at 7:30pm I called the store back, but received no answer. As of August 31, my furniture has not been delivered. I gave one star, because exceptional customer service is most important to me. I paid for the item in FULL same day, therefore their should be no issue. If it was an issue or a delay, someone should have contacted me prior to my initial call and informed me.
