  Went for mother's day brunch. 20 minute line to get to the hostess, who looked over a 4-page list of reservations to find ours and ask if we wanted inside or outside seating. That's the cool thing about reservations -- you have a really good idea how many customers you'll have and your staffing needs. At least you will, if you think ahead, which these guys didn't. We were taken to our table, on the sidewalk outside the building, clearly set up as extra seating to pack a few more customers in for the occasion. It was lovely, if full sun with no shade and cars 3 feet away is your thing. It wasn't our thing, so we asked for a different table. The table next to ours told us the last 3 parties at our table had also asked to move. Maybe they found someone willing to be miserable after us, but it might also be a good indication that maximizing profits by subjecting guests to miserable conditions is where this restaurant is at. Food was also miserable. My scone was burned. How does one even burn a scone? Those things were used as heat-absorbent tiles on the space shuttle! If it were possible to give zero stars I would do so. Recommendation: Go to Daniel's Broiler, conveniently located 200 feet away and save yourself a miserable experience.

  Lexi is the best bartender. Fun full of life. Keeps us coming back. Also the mussels are the best!

  Though a nice place at a great location, you won’t get a good service if you’re colored, the white waitresses don’t feel comfortable to serve a colored person, they just keep ignoring you. Bubble headed idiots!

  Service is wonderful! Food is delicious! Favorite nights are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays... atmosphere is awesome! You will become a regular!

  Times this 5 star rating by 10!!!! Cannot say enough about this beautiful bistro!!! Food, staff, location, customers, management along with the owner are all 10x a 5 star!! No doubt. The owner very much cares about his customers! Makes sure the food comes out the way it is meant too! Together, correct, made right and all the above. He does this by being there present himself and making sure all is the best!! Any holiday choice of a restaurant to bring your loved ones..... You cannot go wrong with BluWater! It is a must. Your experiance will be very much cared for from all. You can tell this any given day, from the customers alone!! You will not be disappointed. From a grateful customer myself, Sandy. ;)
