  I always find something at Blue Mercury whether it's a gift for myself or someone else. The service is friendly and the product selections are aplenty! Oh, and the candles are top quality. (Cheap candles usually reek.) I prefer the M street or Wisconsin Ave locations. ❤️

  Ever since the management change at this location the customer service has been terrible! The sales people are way more concerned with talking with each other rather than helping the customer. I will no longer be frequenting this location.....

  The store manager, Linda, at the Cathedral Commons location gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had!! She was so incredibly helpful and kind. She did not try to coerce me into buying any specific product, but rather focused on finding me exactly what I came in for!! She was unforgettable. I have never felt so valued as a customer in my life! I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to the blue mercury at Cathedral Commons!!!!
