  I was a guest at the Lexington Comic Con, and I was staying at the Hyatt attached to the BlueFire Grill. Manager Jimmy and server Matt took care of my colleagues and I. The food was good, they made accommodations for food allergies, and were lovely people. I highly recommend them.

  The food is absolutely terrible. I’ve had better quality burgers at McDonalds. I ordered the Hot Brown Burger and it was tasted like cafeteria meat . It was easily the worst meal I’ve seen in years.

  Personally i found my experience acceptable. Definitely not a high dollar diner experience, but not a 1 star hotel restaurant experience either.. my burger was cooked well not medium, the sweet potato fries were decent, over all taste about a B+. The waiter seemed a bit out of his element, but the food came in 22 minutes and plenty hot. Over all if the wait staff was a little more present, or the prices lower, i would give it a 4 out of 5
