  I have been using Blue Bag for years and have found it easy and straightforward. Love Ikea!

  Came into town for a trade show and we always use Ikea to get our furniture. I now wish that every city we traveled to had Blue Bag. We placed our order 3 weeks ago and they were able to get everything we needed with a few visits. We swung in this morning to pick it up and it was quick and painless. Best way to shop for Ikea stuff.

  I've used Blue Bag for both my store and home. Exceptional service, professional and always helpful. I definitely recommend them!

  I've used Blue Bag 5 or 6 times with no problem. Once I came 5 minutes before closing on Friday to pick up an item, and it hadn't been put with my other items. The guy at the warehouse let me help him look for it, and when I gave up, he took my phone number and said they'd call if they found it and would be in touch Monday. 2 minutes after I left he called me and found it (yes even though it was past quitting time he kept looking). I don't expect perfection, but effort does matter, and attitude. I've always been treated nicely. Ordering and payment is very simple, and it's a good service to provide. I always pick my things up so can't speak for delivery service.

  Very disappointing experience. Even though, as requested, I gave them the times I would be available for delivery, Blue Bag chose a delivery time when I would not be home. The next day they could deliver it, they said, would be almost a week later. I said that was okay, but then they rescheduled for another delivery time when I would not be available. I told my roommate when they had said they would arrive (2:20-4:20 pm) so that she could receive the delivery. They called me (while I was in class) at 1:25 to tell me they were 5 minutes from my apartment (almost an hour early!) My roommate was not there yet--she was at lunch, as we were not expecting them until 2:20pm. When she arrived at home, the delivery guys were standing outside the building asking if anyone had ordered a couch because they couldn't remember which apartment I had told them I lived in. I will not be using Blue Bag again.
