  Blue Star installed a trex deck around our new semi-inground pool. The work was flawless and took exactly as long as scheduled. Their customer service puts them over the top. The install team and management were always available for questions throughout the process, even after the job was complete. Blue Star is a very well run, organized company and I would highly recommend them.

  Blue star has proven themselves to be not only great at their craft but also good people who understand their clients happiness is top priority. I had the privilege to to work with Brian, Kevin, Chris, and their crew. The crew that came out to remove and replace my deck were fast and professional. Once the job was completed I had some concerns with the railing chosen as there was some unexpected rattling. The team at Blue Star reached out to the manufacture to identify if they had some type of suggestion on how to fix this issue. In return the manufacture said that is what you get with this specific product. Blue Star was not satisfied with that response and figured out their own solution. I now have a beautiful deck with no rattling, and a great company that I would (and already have) recommend to anyone looking to repair, replace, or build a deck. Team at Blue Star thank you for you professionalism, dedication, and skill.

  I have no words for this company. I’m not someone to review but this is something that needs to be known. There was an accident near my home and unfortunately my beam to my deck was hit by a car. Not knowing what to do I called Kevin in a complete panic. He calmed me down and assured me that it isn’t safe the way it is and that he will make sure no matter what that it will be fixed and safe for my kids and neighbors. Within five hours Kevin sent over two of his workers (whom had put up my deck last year and did a great job!) and they replaced the beam and checked it from top to bottom. They were quick, accurate and most of all just pleasant. I deal with a lot of companies in my line of business and I have to say customer service and quality like this is not found in many places! Thank you Kevin!!

  From my initial contact Steve and Brian were exceptional. Within minutes I had a drawing and a thorough estimate with different options on finishing my project. Their follow up and commitment to excellent service is unmatched. Thank you for showing me there is still old fashioned customer service out there.
