  This is one of the best bike shops in town. Compared with the competition, especially with big stores, it is a small shop. But what others have in size, Blue Line has in heart. It's pretty straightforward, a very knowledgeable team of people with gray customer service and a wide variety of products for everyone. They also host an unrelated bike ride every Wednesday at 7pm with various groups that starts at the shop, and they have an awesome team for the MS 150.

  Best bike shop in the Heights. These guys are always so happy to help you and make sure you’re set for some good rides. Went in today just to get some brake pads and Greg went above and beyond to help us.

  This shop has such a friendly, community-centered vibe. J was incredibly helpful and friendly when I came in on a weekday. I was looking to outfit my road bike to be more of a commuter bike, and J, a commuter himself, had tons of tips and advice. He even straightened out my shifter and tightened up my brakes, free of charge! Will definitely be back here for anything in the future, these guys have my back 

  I called all the bike shops in the Heights/Montrose area and Blue Line is the only shop that has a combination U-lock in stock. I went by to purchase it and Joshua was very very helpful… I asked him to look at my bike with me to make sure that it would work and he took the time to do so. I also asked him about backpacks to ride with that I could also carry the U-lock in while riding. He found the perfect one that fit all my needs. I really enjoyed my two hour ride yesterday with my bladder backpack filled with fresh water, U-lock, phone and keys safe inside. Thanks Blue Line and Joshua for great service.
