  We ordered an orchid to be delivered on Thursday. On Friday, when we found out it hadn’t been delivered so we called. They assured us it would be delivered that afternoon. It wasn’t. Seems like a scam. Don’t use Blue Orchid. There are other florists on Capitol Hill.

  I ordered a specific arrangement. They sent tulips. If I wanted a dozen tulips, that is what I would have ordered.
