  I went to buy a rim and everything was going fine when my young young kids started getting a little loud. Before i could even correct them (i was speaking with someone at the front desk, a man came in from a back office and was very rude to my children. He had every right to correct them, but he did so with no grace or patience. The cashier said i need to have control of my kids. The rim was fine and the price was fair, I just wish my family had been extended a little grace. I served and worked retail for many years, and i find this unacceptable.

  They located the item I needed and I saw pictures of it, it looked correct to me. When I got it I thought it was correct. Installed it later that day and realized the interior color was slightly different, totally my fault. Took it back and they allowed me to get a refund and helped me find the correct interior shade. Awesome service.
