::Blue Fuji is a staple at our house. My wife and I are both vegetarians and they're selection is spectacular. The service always comes with a cheery smile and they all seem to deeply enjoy their jobs. The interior asthetic is also very clean and brightly colored. If you haven't tried the Blue Fuji, you should.

::Excellent sushi and great service. We came in at 8:00 on a Wednesday (they were open til 10:00 or we would not have stopped) and the staff was courteous and attentive despite the fact we were the only patrons. It was clear they had been busy that night from the number of tables yet to be cleared or set, yet they were friendly and made us feel welcome. Good experience all around.

::Nice little spot for sushi. Had a few rolls, sushi, and sashimi. Everything was very fresh and tasty. Service was quick too.

::This was my first order with Blue Fuji and it will not be my last. I got a little of everything, Maki, steamed dumplings, rice, orange chicken and all it is so good. They delivered it at the exact time the online order said it would be here and the driver was so nice and friendly. Believe all the good reviews because they're true.
