  The Chanel consultant was great and the reason for the 4 stars. I'll be back to see. However the fact that you have discontinued the Petite dept and moved shoes off the main floor means I will venture no further into your store.

  I love this store. There is a wonderful selection of clothes and accessories. Great customer service.
