::Ha, how can you rate a park? (geez google), well Okay I guess I will give it a try. Bloomfield park is actually pretty awesome. Baseball field, hockey rink, pool, and a giant bridge running over top of it. Personally it had more of my heart as a dog friendly place (when I had a dog) and was cool for shows until they built in a police officer memorial that was defaced by some rando's and led to a partial summer of police brutality for having music shows under the bridge. (There used to be some good musical shows under the bridge). The pool is super -- and crowded during the heat of the summer (soon with global warming they will have to extend the summer pool season). It's in a neighborhood, central to "lots-of-stuff" and a gift to have inside the city.
