  Best florist in the D.C. area -- hands down. I am very picky when it comes to spending money on flowers and this place is ALWAYS great to deal with and does amazing work. Prices are a little bit more than some others but they surely deliver on the product and service!

  The guy who runs this shop is amazing! Easily the best flower shop in NOVA as the customer service is second to none! Bought some flowers for my girlfriend and they literally popped (opened up) right after I gave it to her! This is now my go to florist for my family and friends!

  Absolutely love Bloom. Stephen makes amazingly gorgeous flower arrangements and we've been loyal clients for 6 years. He has always treated us well and goes out of his way to make sure we are happy.
