  The out door patio was nice but we had to move 3 times cuz the shades and umbrellas did not provide good coverage. The service sucked! The first server was a little bothered cuz we asked for her to wipe down our table and the second server never came to ask if we were ok. The food was ok but not great. We will never come back.

  I love everything about this place , BUT, they serve red wine ice cold! Otherwise who in the world would go to Crave for Chicken and Waffles brunch when you can get their plate of indulgence?! Seriously though, everything I’ve tried has been yummy and the staff is courteous.

  We come here all the time. Their staff and customer service are not perfect but we always arrive in no hurry and have not really ever complained about the occasional slow service. This evening, however, was ridiculous. The food I ordered was wrong twice. Their response was to give me the food to go...1 1/2 hours after I ordered and long after my companions were finished. After many complaints to the server and to the manager (Michael) and after I went to speak with him directly, he argued with me and walked away from me, leaving me standing at the bar. I ended up paying for my beverages and not leaving a tip for the server. I feel bad for her, but she was unable to help. This is ridiculous. They have lost a very good customer. I’d like to hear from the owner.

  Wow, I absolutely love this place!! We enjoyed their quaint outdoor seating. The cocktails were wonderful and the food was divine. Very fresh and full of flavor. Our server was quick and attentive. Highly recommend coming here for food

  I have no words, & not in a good way. I decided to try this place after hearing rave reviews, & I am completely disappointed in both the food & the service. When we were sat, our server didn’t great us or introduce herself, just asked what we wanted to drink. Then, we ordered the “Warm Pretzel” & “Wisconsin Cheese Curds”; the dishes that arrived were the complete opposite of their description, the pretzel was hard & the cheese fondue (pictured) was cold & had a strange film on the top. The cheese curds were cold & not crispy at all. The plates are really small for the price & definitely not worth the money in terms of quality.
