  The absolute worst service ever. Still waiting for my refund. I've been in contact with Lisa (who actually filed my taxes) and Ted (who apparently is the manager). They've stopped responding. No one wants to take ownership, I guess I should have paid them from the return itself - maybe that would give them SOME incentive to actually work....
