  Like most beauty supply stores in the black and brown communities, the return policy is rigid---despite how much they are supported by the locals. I've spent well over one hundred dollars at this location, in the few times I visited. However, I was not permitted to return a $3 unused package of black soap. Perhaps you may have not been able to resell it because it was opened, but in saving $3, this beauty supply store has lost a loyal customer who makes consistent trips to the beauty supply stores.

  The staff here is what makes this place great. They are always super helpful, down to earth, and willing to listen. They also have great selection of curly girl/natural hair products. My favorite brands are always there.

  Awesome!! They had very helpful staff! I’ve gotten my items here every time I’ve done box braids they products they recommend me work very nice!
