  Customer service is horrible. I came into your Fordham location because I love bliss beauty and was highly disappointed. I asked where were the earrings and the associate ( older African-American woman) told me “Oh they was here I don’t know where they put them). The same associate then rang me up and I notice a price change she then told me “I don’t need to take your money I rang up what I rang up not my problem look at your receipt” I left and checked my receipt, sure enough she rang it up wrong. I entered the store again and soon as I walked in she screamed “I rang it up all i did was scan it” the manager then fixed it and it showed she rang it up wrong. She never apologized for her wrong and as I exited she was still talking nasty. I will never visit this location again with this customer service.

  Great location since i live on 184th and i can just take the aqueduct to get here. Store is extremely beautiful and well orginised. I come here every month or two to get a new brush, they have the best prices. If you live in the fordham area and don't go here you are doing a disservice to yourself.

  I love this store. I have been coming here since the first day this store opened. This store has amazing products and you’re most likely to find everything here you can’t find at other beauty supply stores.

  This beauty store was alright, got everything I needed to dye and bleach my hair. They have many different brand makeups and brushes. They also got a lot of hair dyes and hair things for your hair. Great place to go for buying hair supplies or makeup. Pretty cheap and nice, staff are great!

  Love this store! it is literally a makeup lovers dream. Location is very well set up and clean also their customer service is amazing! Employees are knowledgeable and willing to help at any time! You'll be spending your money not only on great makeup but also on exceptional and friendly customer service!
