  I've been going to Blink on P street for around 10 years. The staff has always been pleasant, courteous and helpful. I've never spent less then an hour with the sales staff selecting frames and lenses as they realize these are a major purchase for me at this price point and want me to be completely satisfied. The glasses sold here can not be compared to most cheap optical stores. They are mostly one of a kind pieces and are very special. I work for a large global company and have received many compliments on my glasses from people who know the difference. My experience with Dr. Flocos has been great. He is very patient and will take as much time as required to get you the proper lenses. If I've ever had any issue, Blink was quick to make it right. I've always been treated better than fairly. I'm not sure who some of these reviewers are dealing with, in my ten years and over 15 pairs of glasses that I purchased, I've only had wonderful experiences at the P St. store as well as 18th St. The glasses are not cheap, if you are looking for a "deal", this is not the store for you, and maybe that's where some of these people went wrong. Glasses are a very important personal item, not just for functionality, but as part of your appearance. The sales staff has always taken my taste and budget in account when helping to select the right frames and lenses. There is not one pair of glasses that I purchased here over the years that are not in great shape and still 100% functional. Special call out to Brian, sadly who no longer works there and Fozya who is wonderful to work with.

  refreshing that some businesses still center around the concept of customer service. Stellar "one on one" service. Recommend.

  After being a loyal customer for years and after spending thousands of dollars for high end eyewear, when I went into the store over the weekend to ask for two Zeiss premium lens cleaning cloths I was charged $10. In the past this request has always been provided gratis. This, albeit minor, issue is cause for me to go elsewhere in the future for my eyewear. Petty on their part.

  Excellent selection and service. Not cheap but you do get what you are paying for here! Also good service if there is a problem
