::The gym is a gym, very regular. What kills me is the woman's bathroom. Been a member for a year, the bathroom is always disgusting. No matter what time i show up. NEVER CLEAN OR HAVE TOILET PAPER.

::Nice area gym. Unfortunately almost no parking in the area. Gets really crowded at times. Hate that people work out in walking areas. Some even run back and forth, jump rope, creating a huge distraction. What I really don't understand is the fitness instructors who train individuals in walking lanes, going so far as bringing mats, balls, and weights. There simply is no room in this facility for that. Hate being forced to walk around them, their phones, coats, bags, strewn in the corners even though there are lockers, it is ridiculous and a safety hazard. Need to find another gym. Today two fools were working out in walking lanes as usual, and cursing up a storm, even calling each other the N word, beautiful right?

::Great gym! Friendly staff, lots of equipment. Can get busy, but people are pretty friendly about sharing. Perfect for beginners, or those who aren’t normally comfortable in the gym. If you wanna shower, bring your own towel.

::Careful when you look for a trainer. These guys might not be Certified. They don't seem to know to correct bad form and can end up hurting someone. Please be assertive when seeking professional training and always ask to physically see a cert and as about credentials and background

::Excellent gym if you're training for a marathon (tons of cardio machines). Apart from that, it's somewhat limited. They have a decent amount of weights, but an inadequate amount of benches and machines. Their machine layout is a little odd and takes some getting used to, but easily forgivable -- they have all the leg equipment down a single corridor at least. Good luck trying to do barbell bench presses here though. I've been here for quite some time now, and have managed to do them a handful of times, usually due to the "crews" here taking them over during peak hours. Speaking of hours, this gym doesn't stay open too late, so if you're intending to come here late for a rush-free workout, this gym probably isn't for you. If you have a normal day job you'll be forced to pile in with the crowd like everyone else, so be very aware of this, as there are much better gyms in terms of facility, if you're not limited by proximity. Finally, the employees here are fine. Most are really happy for the most part. Not sure yet if it's genuine, or forced, but I guess it's irrelevant. The only reason I go here is because I live close, so once that's no longer a factor I see no reason to keep going. Until then, I'm forced to tolerate the constant overflow of fraud gym-goers.
