  Brand spanking new! The equipment was new and modern looking. The place is almost spotless,and the staff are friendly. I do wish it was a bit bigger though. I went early afternoon.

  From the start it was the worst decision I have ever made. First off I signed up online for this gym and I went about twice then I started having knee pain because of a car accident that I was previously in so I went to my doctor and he told me to stop going so I did. I told the gym of my situation and they told me to have the doctor write a letter stating my condition and that’s what I did. At no point did they ever tell me that the letter had to state that I will not be attending the gym for a specific time ( which they said after the fact that it had to be for more than 6 months). I cancelled my membership since March 22, 2018, but they continued to charge my card for the future months. Until recently on May 5 they charged my card 4.24 but before that they charged me $21 plus some cents and then on May 7 they charged me a cancellation fee of $60. When I cancelled on March 22 they was suppose to close my account then but they never did and the manager Ethan told me that he would process my cancellation and never did and he said that because of my medical condition they would waive the cancellation fee for me but they still charged me. I called membership services and they told me they never got my medical note or cancellation papers. To my surprise that was the reason they charged me so i asked them for a refund they said the manager would need to send in my documents so I contacted the manager and he did but guess what they still denied my request. Long story short I was charged a total of $85 plus $21 for the months of March and April even though I was not attending their gym. Do Not commit yourself to BLINK GYM you will regret it.

  manager is ethan is the man! he is the star of the facility always greeting members and making sure his staff is doing what needs to be done, always clean, small but packs a punch!

  I live near this gym literally 2 minutes away and this is by far the most incredible gym ever. Awesome staff, they clean always, they help you workout just in case they see others struggling. They motivate us and the equipment in this gym is what everyone needs and is looking for. -Valerie

  Been here since day 1. Great gym, except for one staff/trainer she/he gives a IDGAF attitude. She/He is very unfriendly. She/He doesn’t greets anyone just stands there. Doing I don’t know what. I won’t put this person on blast I just hope the managers see this and talk to the employees as a group on how to conduct themselves. I believe everyone should get a second and third chance. Every other staff and trainer I have encountered are very courteous and respectful. Very clean place, it’s just at every gym you will always have those gym members who don’t care about picking up after themselves nor putting the weights back in the racks. So far very few of those types. I rarely encounter them. The staff cleans and re racks at appropriate times. The staff is well mixed by gender and by “race”. Have been there at different times and days so I have pretty much seen all of them. I have no idea what that other reviewer is talking about. It’s a gym and it’s adequately staffed and well diverse. What I hope this will accomplish is a change in attitude at the front desk and proper courtesy.
