  We rec'd excellent advice and helpful ideas from our salesman. The blinds we ordered were ready so quickly. We have decided on the same blinds for another window and door.. after that we spoke to our salesman for more advice for bamboo shades for the LR !! A GREAT JOB !! We have used Blinds to Go for many years... and have always been very pleased with their service . THANK YOU

  Went in and looked at what I wanted before bothering anyone and then wrote my name on the list to be helped. No one ever said hello or after waiting for 30 minutes did anyone say “I’ll be right with you” zero sense of urgency and clearly no clue what good customer service entails. Ended up leaving after waiting 45 minutes. I’ll go somewhere where they at least friggen acknowledge you!

  I went in and asking if they can reinstall my window blinds. A Design Consultant, Tiffany was very nice and helpful. She provided me with three hanging brackets and told me to call one of their Installation Services man to come to my house to reinstall the blinds. Great people and great services.
