  Nice choice of blinds but poor customer service after you buy it. Too much time wasted waiting for it to come and when we had a problem with the customer service was poor and we had to keep calling or else nobody would have informed us that our repaired product was ready

  Great experience overall. The associate took his time showing us all the different blinds options.
