  INCOMPETENTS! I paid for the blinds on the spot, in the store, expecting Blinds To Go to honor their part of the bargain. Instead, they gave me a kit with pieces missing! I called three times to get the right pieces sent to me...and I'm STILL waiting! Save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. First, we ordered our blinds over a month ago online and even though they were delivered to the store, something “happened with the system” and they did not notify us of their arrival. My husband had to call them multiple times and when he called to ask about the order they said they would call back by “end of day” and didn’t. When we came to pick up our blinds, there was absolutely no one to greet us, we had to flag someone down and be dismissed that the three employees working were all busy. When we told them we were just picking up our order and asked if we should come back on a different day, we were informed that there was “no telling how long the wait would be...sorry.” If we didn’t already pay for the order online we would have cancelled. This is ridiculous and we will never be shopping here again.

  After purchasing our house, we were not sure which blinds would look great with our paint colors. The latest trends, colors, all are available at this location as well as the one on hempstead turnpike. We bought all the Vertical shades and cordless honeycomb blinds from this location! Love them all! Great pricing!
