  Initial purchase was good. A bit expensive but blinds fit, work and look great. Went to Blinds To Go because we needed a custom length longer than what the cheaper stores sold. 4 1/2 years later I had to order some replacement vanes for ones that were chewed by a dog. My initial visit to the store to order the vanes I had to wait a long time because there was only one person working in the store and she was helping another customer. When she finished with them she helped me immediately and service was excellent. Vanes arrived pretty quickly (a few days) and when I went to pick them up I was helped immediately because they weren't short handed that day. Color was a little off. I don't know if it was because the originals faded a little after 4 1/2 years or a slight difference between batches but when I put them on the blinds you can hardly tell unless you are looking for it. Close enough I guess.

  Heather at the Bayshore store was very knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect selection. I am very happy with our selection thanks to Heather. I also received my items a lot faster than anticipated. Would love to finish redoing all the blinds in my home; will shop here again.
