  Lots of lukewarm reviews here from people who didn't seem to know what they wanted, haha. Well my review is for the high end stuff, put an order in for something that was being run on (my favorite Hibiki bottle) and the store was kind enough to honor their list prices (at the point of sale, the bottle had more than doubled in price). This was my grandpa's favorite bottle and I'll now be able to send grandma one and pour one last one out for the greatest man I've ever known. Don't sleep on a place because some people like to be babied in a store.

  Walked in before heading to a friend’s birthday. We asked the sales person to recommend “a dry red in the $30-50 range, not too acidic - for a dinner party.” She asked a series of questions along the lines of “are you drinking it tonight,” then looked through the shelf in front of her and said “I can’t really recommend you anything without a specific kind of wine request.” I was pretty shocked, then used Vivino and picked a Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Back at the checkout counter she had the nerve to look at the bottle and tell me it was a “good choice.”

  Unfriendly service more often than not. I am happy another wine shop opened in the neighborhood. I dreaded having to go here for kosher wine.

  We politely asked one of the employees to assist us in choosing a bottle of wine: "a dry red, around $30." She walked us over the some wines, looked for a minute or two, and turned to us and said "I'm sorry, I don't have anything that I can recommend." I'm sorry what? I was dumbfounded and speechless. I can't think of an easier parameter. We used an app and found one eventually.

  Attendants are more than happy to give you suggestions at any price range. Good quality at all of those ranges too!
