  My hair was golden brown when i came in i ask to have a medium ash blonde when i left it was it was sunkist orange. So i called in at 11:00am to tell them what happened the got me a appointment at 5 but didnt see me til 6 i stood there for 3 hours when i left it was a even bright orange... worst place ever im going back to toni and guy
