  I was helping my dad move this weekend and wanted to order pizza for all our help. I had called and explained what we were doing, and when I called, Eric, went above and beyond to help me with my order and find the best coupon. He even thought about needing plates when I forgot. I also think they got the pizzas to us in record time. Thank you so much! You good sir excel in customer care!

  Hit and miss service. Ordered before a few times, not half bad. Tonight, tried ordering over the phone because an online special required an online code, go figure. I received the offer through text as I had many times before. Code was "Half off", though there was no coupon code box online to enter the discount. Searched multiple times in the app and online. Long story short, call the store, zero help. Simply told they can only apply a 15% off, they don't offer 50% off at their store. After explaining my dilemma multiple times over 5 minutes on the phone, they continued to ignore the issue at hand and with zero resolution, I quit trying. Bottom line, a promo that was poorly instituted and designed to save in store labor, backfired. Now, I'm done ordering from them. Work harder to resolve issues if you wish to stay in business. Your business practices are counter intuitive.

  The manager Michael is a ridiculously rude guy. He tried to tell me how long we were supposed to be quoted for time (we were told 50 minutes and he said we should have been told an hour and a half), as well as how long we had been waiting (which was also wrong) and slammed the phone down when I said goodbye. I understand weekends are busy but I was nothing but patient, kind, and understanding over the phone. Absolutely done ordering from this place after over 3 years of loyalty. We have had issues with almost every order from this location in the last year, and Michael has been rude and condescending each time he was involved. No joke Michael, you are terrible.

  Awesome phone and delivery service! I was occupied when they showed up, I called the store and my food was at my door again in no time. Hey! I appreciate you guys! Pizza and bread sticks were DELICIOUS BTW!!!! Long time business definitely earned! Thanks again
