  Gabe makes the best drinks in Deep Ellum! So nice to see an owner-bartender working his own establishment, and taking a pride in everything he does all the way down to the ice cube!

  This place gets five stars. We weren't there long because of dinner reservations at another place. We'll go back for drinks sometime and maybe check out the food. They have a very impressive adult beverage selection.

  The owner, Gabe, is a palate pleasing, cocktail experience maker extraordinaire! He's definitely one of (if not) THE best in Dallas slanging dem crafty drinky drinks and is genuinely a great human being too. ALL the tenders of bar here are absolutely legit, not just Gabe! Just let him or any of the talent behind the bar know of any possible allergies, your likes & dislikes, and your wants & desires regarding alcoholic libations and he/they will craft you a cocktail that is on point and exactly what you were looking for........ So much so in fact, that you may find yourself craving a Black Swan master made cocktail while at another bar where the drinks are probably Blah. So go to The Black Swan Saloon and support this great local business and its employees RIGHT MEOW!!!! P.S. Make sure to check out the mural and a Black Swan T-shirt is a must have

  There was a line waiting by 8:30. But the wait wasn't too long. Once inside we appreciated that they controlled the size of the crowd. Only waited to find a chair about ten minutes, so not bad for a Saturday night. The fruit infused drinks were really great, if a bit pricey. Fun lively atmosphere.

  This is a great place for cocktails, they do not have any menu. You tell them what do you like and they make a cocktail for you. Its also never too crowded as the owner likes to control the crowd at any given time, which can be annoying but i think its good. They make an awesome apple whisky sour with cinnamon.
