  I haven’t skated in over 20yrs and decided to try to get back into it. Went by Black Sheep for a pair of skate shoes and they were extremely helpful and patient with me. It took me over 30mins to find a pair that fit my feet right (probably tried on at least 10 pairs). They had a lot of good suggestions and expertise. Will definitely be going back there for any of my skating needs in the future.

  The best shop around ! Guys are cool and helpful alot of knowledge about apparel, shoes and most of all skateboarding!!!

  This place is awesome. Good people, good products and good prices. Id go there more if every time I walked through the door I didnt buy a new pair of shoes.

  I will never forget the experience I had at this store I had just moved to Charlotte back in March and needed a new wardrobe so my aquantices recommended this store. I was the only guy in the store shopping for about an hour and the multiple staff members made me feel very uncomfortable following me around like I was trying to steal something and looking at me with disbelief at the amount of clothes I was choosing I wound up spending about five hundred dollars there that day but left with a bad taste in my mouth I will just never forget how negative the vibe was and it almost felt like I wasn't good enough to shop here any questions I asked were hastily and shortly answered and I just had a very disheartening experience there I won't be spending my money here again guess I wasn't their ideal clientele or maybe they had a bad experience with someone who looked like me. It's a shame because I'd rather support a small local business than a chain however these guys just think they are way too cool I contemplated never posting this review but decided too anyways I don't expect anything from this and I'm not just some random hater it's just when you plan on shopping somewhere the overall experience should be positive right? Some of the pants I purchased didn't fit properly but I just never wanted to go back to this place. I'm probably the only person who had this kind of experience maybe everyone in the shop was just having a bad day that day I don't know.....
