  New coffee place with good coffee selection, good chai latter and healthy snack options. They sell local honey which is amazing. I have bought a large jar of honey. If you have small kids, then this place has lots of story books for them to indulge in. The best part of this place is that you have the rare view of a hill on the backside. Also very relaxing to also sit outside. An ideal place to hide and read.

  The coffee and breakfast sandwich are great and it's not too loud. A great neighborhood spot. It is way too cold inside, though.

  Best coffee in the neighborhood!!! James and other people who work there are so nice. They remember us by names and they remember our usuals. Very tasty coffee and pastries. This place makes my day brighter.

  Good coffee, great food and the staff is so friendly and helpful. A little off the beaten path and closes early but great if you work from home or need a quick lunch uptown. It's close to the light rail, literally next to it and the elevator. Large windows show the cliff and plenty of seating with nooks and a couple outlets. Outdoor seating is available and covered.
