  The tech's are good once they get to your site, the tough part is getting them to arrive in a timely manor. Every time we have had service needs with our system, customer service has been reluctant to commit to a date and time. When they do commit, there is a low chance that a tech will show up at the time/date stated. The tech's consistently claim that they are over booked or that they were never given the ticket. For a communication company they seem to have lousy internal communication.
