  Hello everyone on April 7 2018 I had a winter wonderland baby shower for my sister. it was decorated beautiful by deshawn and her team. Beautiful is a understatement. the team at bklynflavors came into my event and took care of everything. I only ask for her to do the Mommy area and i will take care of the tables . Deshawn and her team came in told me don’t worry about any thing they will handle everything. When you think about excellence think of bklynfavors they have easy options for payment .making Payments was very convenient. Bklynflavors even came to my event and added extra personal touches to my event as far a rain dears and a beautiful hot chocolate area. Deshawn even came with her grandson and he even helped us set up our food area. They set up the event in a matter of minutes. It was like magic and when the event was over take down was even faster . Bklynfavors are very professional. I did not have to worry about checking on her to make sure she working on my event . All you have to do is tell them how you want your venues decorated and leave every thing to her. Just pick pay and they will take care of everything. I look forward to doing all my events with them.   Awful, awful customer service. My sister and I visited this establishment on 3/11/18 around 4pm, just to observe some chairs for her baby shower. There were several individuals in the store, but I had to say hello first, and only one person responded. We looked at chairs and not one person came to assist us or made us feel really welcomed. We exited within 5 mins of being in the store. We will NOT support this business anymore, considering I used their services before and that wasn't the greatest experience, until the owner came out. I'm so for black businesses, but right is right and wrong and wrong, no exceptions. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever again. Update 4/3/2018 Ms. Dashawn, I have no reason to lie. Please do not insinuate I am liar. It is what it is, it happened, I reviewed my experience, and I kept it moving. I get nothing from storytelling. You may have been there, but as I stated, no one asked us if we needed any assistance, that is the point of this all. Chill with the conspiracy theories and accusations.

  My baby shower decorations were flawless. Dashawn and her staff exceeded my expectations when I walked into the room. The photos and memories will last me for a lifetime. I truly felt like a Queen preparing for the arrival of my Princess. To anyone planning to use this service, just take it easy and have some trust and confidence in the staff that they will get the job done to your satisfaction.

  I'm a extremely satisfied customer of bklyn favors for over 10 years. They are my "Go to event planner " for all my events they've done my baby showers, kids parties, bridal shower and any function in which I needed a planner for. The decorations , themes and now their venue @ Arlington manor is top off The line. The staff always work to please their customers and provide the necessary help and time which is needed when planning a function .I highly recommend this company for small to huge occasions. And the owner Dashawn Gables aims to please every aspect of your occasion.she rocks and so do her staff.

  I absolutely love my event that was held at their venue Arlington Manor. It was exceptionally decorated the candy table was the best part. I had been stress because i was in the hospital but Ms. DeShawn assured me how everything will be fine and it was more than. I thank you for everything and really appreciate your professionalism and the fact that you and your team is on point. Thank you....
